Collegetown Village Hall
This is a very unique building located in a small college-town Jersey suburb. It was constructed in 1894 and utilized various styles and forms. The walls are brick masonry while the upper levels feature stucco walls with wood accents. As a whole, it architecturally represents a medieval half-timber construction. The structure rising from the corner of the building was initially a clock tower. In 1906, it was represented as a bell tower (a cupola with a bell atop the dome). Today, the structure is enclosed on all sides.
The building functioned as municipal offices for the community. The architects responsible for the building are Rossiter & Wright. It was added to the New Jersey Register of Historic Places on in 1975 and the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
